- From third parties: If you access social networks through our Portal, these networks, as third parties, will provide us with information about you. What information do we collect?
- Contact and profile information: Data related to your personal information, such as your full name, e-mail address, country, home address, professional information, date of birth, mailing address, age and any other information, other than that requested by Ufinet, that you voluntarily wish to share with us. - Information about your company: We collect login information, such as username and password, from Users to whom we provide access to our Portal.
- Information on recruitment processes: We collect information you provide to us as part of the recruitment processes conducted by Ufinet, such as full name, email address, country, CV, etc.
- Information provided in advertising campaigns: We collect information within promotional campaigns about services provided by Ufinet (full name, email address).

For what purposes do we use your information?
Ufinet will not store any information that is not strictly necessary for the purposes listed below.
- To provide you with our services, offer you assistance, contact you and respond to your quote requests (e.g. all companies requesting a quote for any service provided by Ufinet must complete a form with their contact information).
- To consider its application in the framework of the recruitment processes that the Company organizes throughout the year.
- To send you advertising. In the context of the contractual relationship, we may send you relevant information about the services offered by Ufinet or other services that may be useful to you. In addition, where you have voluntarily requested to receive the newsletter, we will send you personalized advertising and Ufinet, at its sole discretion, may engage other companies to suggest advertising on the Ufinet Portal or on the websites of outside companies.
- To improve the services provided by our website (e.g., to determine which pages you visit, how much time you spend on each page, etc.).
- To analyze and assess Ufinet’s image and brand by collecting data indexed in social networks and websites open to the public.

If you wish to submit a request, query or obtain a copy of your information, or if you wish to rectify, erase (cancel), object, restrict processing or exercise any of your rights, please do not hesitate to contact us (protecciondedatos@ufinet.com), attaching to your request a copy of your identification document and listing the following mandatory data for such query: country of residence of the User, the subject and content of the query sent, your relationship with Ufinet as interested party, and, where appropriate, any information you voluntarily choose to share when you do not make the query anonymously, such as your identification data, contact details, or the specific place to which the query refers.
Based on your request, Ufinet will manage the personal data provided and will proceed to process it with the responsible area in each area and, where appropriate, provided that it is strictly necessary, or the resolution of the query cannot be done otherwise, will share the same with its competent affiliates to resolve it. - Other Ufinet Group companies: Any person who is a citizen of the European Union or who resides in the European Union and wishes to participate in the Ufinet Group’s recruitment processes outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (or in those forms in which the option of a country located outside the EEA is selected) or is completing our forms or directing an inquiry or request through the enabled channel should be aware that such information will be transferred to the countries in which the Ufinet Group operates. The countries receiving the information collected may be Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the United States of America and the United States of America.
Given that some of these countries do not have the same levels of alignment in their personal data protection regulations, we have adopted the necessary technical and contractual measures to provide a similar level of protection to that which exists in the country of origin.
- Official and judicial authoritiesOnly if required by law, we may provide your information to official and judicial authorities due to any legal dispute or investigation, in order to protect and guarantee our rights.

Data Accuracy and Responsible Use
The holders of the information undertake and accept the obligation to guarantee to Ufinet and its affiliates that the information provided is true, accurate, updated and belongs to them and not to third parties. If you include information about third parties, you must, before sending it, request authorization and inform them of this Policy.
Ufinet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided, and may request documented proof of the same. In case Ufinet or its affiliates verify that the information provided is false or inaccurate, we will proceed to delete them and you will not be able to take advantage of the services and benefits we provide.
What security measures do we use for the storage of your personal data?
The personal information we collect is stored in a database, which is safeguarded under security measures adopted by Ufinet, in accordance with the processing conditions provided by the applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction, such as:
- All our service providers have signed a data processing agreement and are obliged to keep confidential and confidential any information provided to them in connection with the provision of services to Ufinet and its affiliates. Our services are intended for companies and their representatives. If you are the parent/legal guardian of a minor and believe that you have provided us with his/her information, please contact us (

Upgrades
This Policy may be modified in accordance with new legislative or regulatory demands, or to adapt to any instructions issued by the competent authorities.
