UFINET actively participated in the international event ANDICOM -INTERNATIONAL ICT CONGRESS- held on August 23, 24 and 25 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. This event is one of the most important in Latin America in the ICT sector and each year has a high-level academic agenda, which allows the transfer of knowledge to participants on technological trends that define the dynamics of the digital economy.

An important step forward for Colombia was the signing of 3 decrees by President Santos, which strengthen the country’s Digital Economy.
